We are an accredited wedding planner and events management team based in South Wales, organising weddings and events across Wales, South West England and internationally. We are a family run business that work closely with you, creating a strong relationship which allows us to understand exactly what you want to achieve for your special occasion.
We have one priority and that priority is you. Our passion is to ensure your special occasion is bigger, better and more spectacular than you could have imagined. We prepare for every tiny little detail to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our signature service is a full planning package, where we are there from day one to organise absolutely everything. You will spend the next year, or longer, with us close at hand assisting and guiding you through every step, making a friendship that will last forever. We are trained to assist you with all aspects of planning your wedding or event such as;
- your financial and budgeting plan
- discovering and designing a unique style to suit your personalities
- searching for a venue and bringing you suppliers to fit in with your budget and vision
That’s not all, we are here to help you with your invites, transportation, accommodation, gifts, entertainment and so much more. Think of us as your personal assistants. You can expect us to be there with you bright and early on your special day and we will be on hand for any of your needs right up to when the last guest leaves.
We also offer alternative services to full planning for couples who only need help with specific areas of planning. We offer partial planning where we tailor a service to your needs, and on the day coordination for those who have organised everything themselves but require a helping hand in the final weeks.
Why use a wedding planner or events manager?
Planning a wedding or an event can be time consuming and stressful. At Juliet Rose Weddings we want you to have a perfectly organised, stress-free experience so that you can relax and fully enjoy your special occasion.
We are a freelance wedding planning and events management company and work very differently to venue wedding planners or coordinators. Venue wedding planners are employed by the venue and work on behalf of that venue. They usually work with a very small list of suppliers and those suppliers have usually paid the venue to be on that list, or they offer that venue a commission. We don’t work like this!
As an accredited UKAWP trained wedding planner, we work to a code of conduct and practice to ensure your best interests are at heart, which is why we pass any commission we receive on to you. We are in a good position to negotiate prices on your behalf, this guarantees you receive the best possible prices for suppliers.
